The Indiana University Center for Rural Engagement works to improve the lives of Hoosiers in partnership with rural communities with a focus on health, community resilience, and quality of place. The Center for Rural Engagement, in collaboration with the Indiana Rural Opioid Commission, provides online naloxone trainings that are free and open to everyone. At the end of the virtual training, participants receive doses of the life-saving medication, naloxone (commonly known as Narcan), in the mail.
